Obse: can enhance job performance: passive styles: indecisive, poor mentors, and uninspiring, aggressive styles: couldn"t maintain positive relationships because of their rude and self-centered behavior. Sneh-shradha: supportive relationship between employees and superiors who create trustworthy environment with open, honest, and need-based communication. Employees develop emotional attachment with their organizations when they are satisfied with the communication of supervisors.
