Nse 13 winter week 7 the complete health history. Equipment: general survey, measurement, skin, vital signs. While you obtain the history and throughout the examinations, note data on the patient"s general appearance. Abct appearance, behaviour, cognition and thought. Hands and nails profile sign, capillary refill. Examine other areas of skin with corresponding regional examination. Inspect face: expression and symmetry (cranial nerve v11) Extraocular muscles corneal light 6 cardinal fields of gaze. Inspect external eye and conjunctiva, cornea and sclera. Inspect buccal mucosa, teeth, gums, tongue, floor of mouth, palate and uvula. Test cnix and x glossopharyngeal and vagus (gag reflex) Test cnxi spinal accessory (pushing down on shoulders) Go down to t12 and to the sides. Inspect thorax, skin, symmetry of shoulders and muscles. Inspect thorax, respirations, characteristics, facial expression, loc, skin. Four manoeuvres arms over head, hands on hips and push, hands together and push, ask women with big breasts to lean forward while you support her forearms.
