The following chapter will focus on the six habits of mind that often leave writers open to the sort of invasion described by george orwell: banking. Banking is a term that was created by theorist paolo freire. This term refers to the student that is given information that he/ she later gives back in more or less the same form. In other words there is a deposit and a withdrawal: using the banking method is not entirely bad.
