Race can be ranked hierarchically, usually with one"s own race at the top. Fate of nation is determined by character of its citizens. Character of citizens is determined by genetics; therefore, fate of a nation is determined by health of gene pool. Improve health of the nation, one has to start with care and cleansing of gene pool.
