What is disorder, what can be categorized in sort of disorder, there is several criteria that must be followed for it to be considered as dissuade. One is that there must be an imbalance among emotion, one example of it would be depression. Second one is that the emotional response is inappropriate. There is a reason why you have an emotion even though they are maladaptive and you regret doing that, there is a reason why you have these emotions, even though it may not be pleasant it would be appropate. You can be frustrated cause the internet is not working, you may be swearing about it, but an inappropriate form of emotion would be when you are pushing the computer off the balcony. This would be something wrong, the third one would be poo emotion regulation. If we did not have this then you would be hitting someone in the face, or throw a computer off the balcony.
