There is an overlap with where these neglected tropical diseases are found. This disease is caused by a worm and its spread by misquitos. When the misquito bites the human, it injects the human with a larvae. The worm then grows in the lymph nodes. Light shade is number of zika viruses, and the dark graph is the neurological disease. 1% of clinical trials are for neglected diseases. Therapeutic index is how safe a drug is. Warfarin has a low index because if you give too much they will bleed. Vitamin c has a high index because its safe.
