The main conflicts of global politics will occur between nations and groups of different civilization and it will dominate global politics. The article stated that during the cold war, that the world was divided into first, second and third worlds, and that those divisions would not be relevant anymore. It will be far more meaningful to group not in terms of their political or economic system or level of economic development but rather in terms of their culture and civilization. Civilization is a cultural entity which includes villages, regions, ethnic groups, nationalities, religious groups, and that they all have distinct cultures at different levels of cultural heterogeneity. Civilizations are differentiated from each other by history, language,
