His ego is helping him to deal with the anxiety and the guilt that jian has. The awareness that the superego has about this is not ok. The ego is trying to protect the self when there is conflict. Considered the social life and covers the life span. But he believes that the sense of the ego maintains a sense of identity. The infancy stage is corresponding to as the freud"s oral stage.
