Charles tang newly appointed manager of marketing. Yong li account manager in tang"s division. Charles tang decides to re-organize parts of the marketing program to have employees matched with specific jobs that fit their qualities. Qing chen is appointed to let yong li know the news that he will no longer be participating in the project he has been researching for the past two months. Yong li is very upset and expresses his disagreement with tangs choice but doesn"t tell him directly. Tang and li both have valid points, but neither are talking directly to each other which is making chen be a messenger, which puts her in a tough position. Chen lets tang know about li"s opinion and due to the lack of communication tang is addressed with the realization that there may be larger issues within the organization.
