Each nurse shows leadership by providing, facilitating, and promoting the best possible care to the public. Indicators for all nurses: model professional values, beliefs, and attributes, provide direction to, collaborate with and share knowledge with students, novices, and unregulated care providers (personal support workers) Nursing leadership is about critical thinking, action, and advocacy: happens is all roles and domains of nursing practice. Canada"s health system requires nursing leaders who are: visible, inspiring to others.
