Document Summary

Black - about 66% of adults feel they have a sleep problem. Narcolepsy also might be related to the hypothalamus. Maybe parkinson"s starts lower down (pons) and look for earlier warning signs. Why is it that sometimes you remember dreams and sometimes you don"t remember dreams. Dream life is as important as real life. Manifest = surface story meaning of the dream. Drug use diminishes more rapidly than heavy drinking. Reuptake leaving nt in synapse for quick transmission. Brain attempts to adjust body imbalances as a compensatory responses to maintain homeostasis. Body becomes used to the same environment where if you stop the drugs the compensatory response will still act. Body needs to tolerate even more if dose is increased. When in unfamiliar environment the body will not trigger the compensatory response and a large enough dose that was previously thought to be okay could be fatal.
