Canadians want to be american: the challenge is that there are some differences between canadians and. As they live they produce their values, beliefs, attitudes, prejudices, their languages depending on their circumstances. In coming to think of culture there are two principle divisions: what comes to mind when people speak of culture popular culture. Includes how you dress, tattoos, food, music, sport, entertainment: principle values and beliefs and prejudices etc. especially how these values beliefs, customs, habits, are reflected in dominant institutions. In our political institutions democracy and capitalism is unopposed, however not everyone in the world agrees.
