Won"t sleep yourself as disabled: decreased level of disability, physical institution: change the built to accommodate the disabilities. If environment were built properly to begin with, we wouldn"t have to use the word special needs . Make environments in a way that everyone can navigate through them. They"re the experts when making buildings: why are you considered to be special when disabled, access to medical intervention: prenatal care, public health and sanitation: clean drinking water for example illness levels can decrease. Work environment where safety isn"t priority: level of illness can increase: vaccines, pace of life: Advancements to increase technology: doesn"t include the accommodations for disabled. Expectations means one is more disabled because societal expectations. Lots of disabilities aren"t apparent to us (can"t always see disability)
