One of three cancer deaths linked to: excess body fat, suboptimal nutrition inadequate physical activity. Excess body fat stimulates secretion of: hormones, insulin, and estrogen, proteins that promote inflammation and oxidative stress. In animals, restricting calories to 70% of usual intake, reduces tumor development by 40: cancer-fighting foods.
