Wage incentive plans various systems that link pay to performance on production jobs. Usually leads to substantial increase in productivity. Lowered quality sacrificed quality for increased productivity. Differential opportunity workers have different opportunities to produce at a high level, quality of equipment or supply of materials varies from workplace, workers at disadvantage.
