It doesn"t account why particular organizations form at particular moments in time and for particular purposes. Second limitation: society isn"t organized only through bureaucratic mechanisms. Society isn"t organized only by official and explicit organizations. Some ways as to how we are organized is organizly structured ways. There are non official structures that organize society in such a way that benefit a great deal, but others don"t benefit. There isn"t an organization called the economy with an official chain of command and structural. Economy itself is an informal structure, and that informal structure produces inequality. New forms of work the factory. New sources of social power manufacturers.
