Ip tunnelling - putting other data, other protocols in the ip datagram e. g putting an ip datagram in the data of a ip datagram. The higher the resolution, the more detail the picture. Raster image format - has different kinds of compression. Each colour has 8 bits, 2^8 levels of red. #255 255 255 ( a number from 0-255 to represent the amount of each colour) Cmyk - subtractive model for printing colour using ink. Colour is produced by absorbing colour with four inks. Complete absorption is black, no absorption is white. Produced by periodic sampling and discrete quantization ( assigning a number to it) to form a continuous sound wave. At least a frame rate of 30 fps for it to be smooth. Video files have a video track ,a audio track, and metadata. Text file ( made of ascii and unicode characters), in the form of 8 bit chunks or 16 bit chunks.
