Lowest rates in: ontario, british columbia, quebec (lowest) Most had a previous knowledge of the victim. Stranger sexual assault: committed by someone previously unknown to the victim (18%) Acquaintance sexual assault: committed by an acquaintance (82%: less likely to get reported.
