Chronic, high level of anxiety that"s not ied to any speciic threat (free loaing anxiety) Constantly worry about yesterday"s mistakes and tomorrow"s problems. Persistent and irraional fear of object or situaion that presents no realisic danger. Mild phobias are common but once they interfere with everyday behaviour they become a disorder. Panic disorder recurrent atacks of overwhelming anxiety that usually occur suddenly and unexpectedly.
