Conduct scieniic studies of eicacy and efeciveness of pracice, eicacy and paient saisfacion, cost-efecive. Add to the body of knowledge for reinement. Side note: eicacy is tesing something under ideal circumstances (ex. Using condoms of high quality with 100% proper use)
