Document Summary

We can view our midterms at dr. wegener"s oice hours to review quesions before the inal exam. Final exam is cumulaive but focuses on newer content. Midterm 2 will be all muliple choice quesions, same number of quesions as on the irst midterm (60). Next week, we"ll get our scantrons in class on tuesday and thursday (and we have to bring it to the second midterm). Most dietary combinaions of proteins are complete; certain food proteins may be low in speciic amino acids. Depends on source and dietary mixture of plant proteins; they can be as high in quality as animal proteins. (we look at, over course of the day, how these proteins contribute to the amino acid pool in our body). Proteins do not have to be eaten at the same meal; the mix over the course of the day is important for value.
