When an object is designed correctly, we do not need instructions of how to use it & intended purpose should be obvious. Get players intuit things in virtual world by trying to link them to understanding of the real one. Intuitive experience for the player - player interacts w/ game better. Design tells player what they need to do (implicitly, not explicitly)
