Credible activist line managers need to have this because they are the ones who are micro- managing and in order for their recommendations to be effective they need to be trusted by the employees. Their goal is to improve efficiency and productivity so it"s important that employees listen: today, hr practitioners must be professionals in terms of both performance and qualifications. Hrm is becoming very valuable because instead of just being personnel manager hr employees are now recognized like a ca or cpa in terms of their strategic view on the organization. They have a bigger role to fulfill and can bring in more benefits for the company.
