Skin striations run around wart, rather than through it. R- region & radiation: region of involvement & distribution. Plantar warts (verrucae plantaris) are on soles of feet. Back of heel or on foot where abrasive/rough. If viruses does not die, untreated warts can spread to other sites: radiation to other areas.
