Translation: the stuff that you want to get from your work. Pay you want financial gain or some kind of security. Promotions some kind of validation of your ability. Supervision you want good relations with the supervisors, and another form of validation. Co-workers you want to have good relations with those around you and make sure that you relationship with them is enjoyable. The actual work you want to use your skills and creativity, feel like you achieved something, show your freedom and independence and be intellectually stimulated. Altruism you feel like you have a moral right to help others.
