Competence: they"re confident in their ability to do the work. Impact: they believe that their work can influence others. Results in employees quitting and experiencing overall dissatisfaction. Unwelcome sexual behavior in the work environment that results in negative consequences for the employee. Results in negative attitudes, lower commitment/satisfaction, and is damaging to victims" health. Political behaviour: those activities that influence, or attempt to influence, the distribution of advantages and disadvantages within the organization.
