Developing a Strategic Plan.docx 

As we begin Unit 3 this week, we will examine and analyze Athletic Training Facilities. In addition the various aspects of their operation (i.e. what it takes operate on a daily basis.)

 

For this assignment you are tasked with developing a strategic plan for your athletic training facility. The facility can either be in a middle school, high school, college/university, industrial, or any other setting in which you would find an athletic training facility. You must incorporate the following items in your strategic plan: mission statement, vision statement, core values, goals, and your sports medicine team. You may complete this in the form of a word document, powerpoint, and or anything else you want to display your information.
