Compare the knowledge, skills, and abilities (ksas) of your employees with the requirements of the job analysis and determine any gaps that require training programs. Use job analysis to determine if all the duties that you need are covered and exam the overlap of duties. Fix any conflicts using job redesign or restructuring. Six steps in job analysis: relevant organizational information is reviewed. Look at the organizational structure which is the relationship between jobs. Must design a structure that helps the organization reach its goals.
