All these strategies are interrelated and associated with human dynamics. You change one thing you may have to change multiple others. But requires radical changes if want instant effect/ impact. Change is needed to adapt to the environment, stability is needed to allow efficient production processes. Boundary spanners tells us information what needs to be adapted. Skunkworks: a small company within the organization that comes up with creative ideas (secretive) Horizontal coordination model marketing people-> customer needs , r&d (technology development) -> boundary spanners. Learning org: working with customers to gain more knowledge. Ideas or needs ( to create a new product)
